§1 Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services, liability and conduct on the Property. By taking any of these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

These Terms apply to all Guests on the premises of Green Loft. They are available at Reception and at www.greenloft.pl.

§2 Hotel Day

Apartments are rented by the hotel day. The hotel day runs from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.

Requests for a late check-out must be made at Reception by 9:00 on the day of departure. Staff may decline such requests in the event of full occupancy or if the Guest has not complied with these Terms.

Staff reserve the right to refuse a late check-out if the full amount due for the stay has not been settled.

§3 Reservation and Check-in

Reservations may be made online, by email, by telephone or in person at the Property.

Upon reservation, the Booker receives an email confirmation including reservation terms and payment instructions for a deposit of 40% of the total stay cost. For single-night stays the deposit is 100% of the total cost.

If the deposit is not received within the specified deadline, Staff reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

If the Guest cancels after paying the deposit:

For group reservations covering more than 3 rooms, deposit, cancellation and refund conditions are agreed individually.

Check-in requires a valid photo ID and completion of a registration card. Guests may not share their room with unregistered third parties.

Unregistered visitors may be present in the apartment between 8:00 and 20:00. The number of visitors may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment.

If a Guest fails to arrive and makes no contact with the Property by 22:00 on the planned arrival date, the reservation may be treated as cancelled.

Staff are obliged to provide:

Complimentary services on request: local information and travel advice, iron and ironing board, taxi booking.

Paid services on request: document scanning and printing, baby cot hire (subject to availability), extra bed in selected apartments.

When leaving the apartment, Guests must: switch off the TV, turn off the lights, close taps, remove the key card from the reader and close the door.

§6 Property Liability

The Property provides an unsupervised car park. Staff accept no liability for damage to or loss of vehicles or items left in vehicles.

If a Guest's belongings are lost or damaged, they must notify Reception as soon as they become aware of the loss or damage.

§7 Lost Property

Items left behind by Guests are kept for one month after check-out. The Property does not ship items — Guests may arrange a courier at their own cost. After one month, unclaimed items are disposed of or donated to charity.
